Job Description

Your mission

Do you have a passion for sustaining and improving cuttingedge technology within critical infrastructure TKH Airport Solutions is looking for a proactive and detailoriented Sustaining Engineer to support and advance the reliability of our CEDD technology and related airfield hardware.

In this role you will ensure our existing products remain highperforming and compliant throughout their lifecycle. Youll take ownership of troubleshooting testing alternatives and implementing design updates while collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams. Based in the Netherlands youll play a crucial role in driving sustainable futureproof airfield technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve the performance and reliability of existing AGL and CEDD systems.
  • Investigate technical issues identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Research and validate alternative components and design modifications.
  • Ensure product designs remain sustainable manufacturable and costeffective.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of design changes test outcomes and bill of materials updates.
  • Support cost price reduction by contributing to design optimizations and component selection.
  • Support design and project teams with technical insights and product updates.
  • Coordinate the change management process for design updates.

Your Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sustaining test or design engineering role.
  • Familiarity with AGL lighting systems and CEDD technology is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of electrical components and their qualification processes.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in crossdisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or other European languages is an advantage.
