Who are we looking for
- Were on the hunt for a superstar recruiter who:
- Has 2 years of experience in fullcycle recruitment
- Knows how to source top talent like a pro
- Is confident using LinkedIn and social media
- Loves working independently but also thrives in a team
- Is fluent in English (bonus points for a second language!)
- Has experience with ATS tools like Teamtailor
- Can commit at least 20 hours per week
What youll be doing:
- Team up with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Post jobs and search for candidates across platforms
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews
- Arrange interviews and handle logistics
- Keep track of recruitment progress and update dashboards
- Help shape our recruitment and employer branding strategy
- Support internal talent development as part of our talent process
