Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Surveillance Controller for their Gaming studios in Belgrade Serbia.
Position: Surveillance Controller
Location: Belgrade Serbia
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Observe live operations and technical systems to identify potential risks irregular behavior or deviations from standard procedures.
- Detect unusual patterns or behaviors assess risk levels and escalate concerns in accordance with internal guidelines while collaborating with relevant teams.
- Gather and organize observational data to support risk assessments trend analysis and ongoing operational evaluations.
- Create accurate and timely reports summarizing key findings and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to daily operational tasks and support team leaders in executing strategic initiatives and maintaining workflow efficiency.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all activities related to monitoring reporting and communication.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Recent graduate or finalyear student in a technical analytical or businessrelated field (e.g. Information Technology Engineering Business Administration).
- General understanding of digital platforms and service operations; familiarity with live or realtime service environments is an advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays as part of a 24/7 operational schedule.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and perform well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office 365 tools especially Excel Word and Outlook.
