The Global Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for delivering operational excellence by driving efficiency productivity and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
Process Optimization Identifying process inefficiencies standardizing best practices and improving workflows to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement Champion a culture of continuous improvement to achieve efficiency in both processes and systems.
Change Management Leading transformation initiatives and ensuring adoption across global teams.
Performance Metrics & KPIs Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to drive strategic decisions and measure success of transformation initiatives.
Crossfunctional Collaboration Working with all organization streams and regions to align goals.
Technology Integration Leveraging available technology toolsets to streamline operations.
Compliance Management Ensuring global operations meet ISO regulatory standards.
Training & Leadership Coaching teams on best practices in operational excellence.
Knowledge & Experience
Understanding of industry Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) standards such as ISO 27000:1 and 9000:1.
Minimum of ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.
Proven track record in operational excellence process improvement or global operations.
