Luxury 4Star Boutique Hotel Ambleside Lake District
Our luxury 4star boutique hotel located on the outskirts of Ambleside in the breathtaking Lake District offers exceptional guest accommodation and a modern British restaurant. With 23 rooms including 10 spacious suites we provide a warm and friendly atmosphere ensuring each guest feels right at home. Our restaurant holds 3 AA Rosettes and a Michelin Plate specializing in fresh Cumbrianinspired cuisine using the finest local ingredients.
We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.

Salary:per year depending on experience

Gratuities: Approx. 400 per month paid monthly

Additional Pay: Hours worked over 50 per week will be paid in addition to your salary

What Were Looking For:

A hardworking adaptable individual with a passion for delivering highquality food

Experience in a rosettelevel kitchen is desirable but not essential

Ability to work across different sections of the kitchen

A positive attitude and strong team player mentality

The ability to maintain the high standards expected in a 3 AA Rosette and Michelin Plate kitchen
Additional Information:

Working Hours: 5 days out of 7 approximately 50 hours per week
