Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a strong commercial and operational mindset to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of managing multiple staff members. Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the financial operations of the organization including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals ensuring their development and performance.
Develop and implement financial and data driven strategies to support the organizations goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support for decisionmaking.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Utilize new digital / cloud based technology to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency across the group.
Monitor and analyse financial performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA CIMA ACA) is preferred.
Proven experience in a finance management role with a track record of managing multiple staff members.
Strong commercial and operational acumen.
Proficiency in financial software and technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the care sector in the United Kingdom is a significant advantage.
