Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Flexible during client business hours (Sydney AU)

Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours


Scope:
  • Remote position working with a team based in Sydney and Hong Kong.

  • Initial focus on CRM optimization and data management.

  • Opportunity to expand hours and responsibilities over time.

  • Reports directly to founding team members.

  • No direct sales responsibilities initially.


Responsibilities:
  • Configure and optimize the CRM system (or evaluate and implement alternative solutions).

  • Clean and organize existing investor and prospect data including segmenting client categories (investors financial advisors referrals).

  • Build and maintain automated workflows for client communications and followups.

  • Create and manage reminder systems for prospect/investor interactions.

  • Support the formatting and distribution of monthly marketing updates and other marketing materials.

  • Maintain accurate records of client and prospect interactions.

  • Generate reports and insights from CRM data.

  • Manage and support email campaigns and communications.

  • Assist with organizing referral tracking and followups.


Requirements:

  • Extensive CRM experience ( preferred).

  • Proficiency with PowerPoint and Canva.

  • Strong technical skills in workflow automation and CRM configuration.

  • Excellent English communication skills.

  • Experience with email marketing automation tools.

  • High attention to detail and strong data management capabilities.

  • Solid understanding of data privacy and security principles.

  • Professional demeanor suited for the financial services sector.

  • Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and collaborate remotely.
