Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Graphic Designer with 2 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and design compelling visuals based on project requirements.
Develop illustrations logos infographics and layouts using industrystandard software.
Use color theory typography and layout techniques to deliver visually engaging and brandconsistent graphics.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm and translate strategic direction into impactful designs.
Support RFI and RFP proposals with highquality presentation and design solutions in PowerPoint.
Ensure final graphics and layouts meet quality and brand standards before delivery.
Translate complex information into simple and visually appealing graphics and slide decks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
2 3 years of proven graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work including illustrations branding and infographics.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) CorelDRAW and video editing tools.
Experience with PowerPoint for corporate proposal and design support.
Ability to work efficiently on both Mac and PC platforms.
Excellent sense of layout color and typography.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts or a related field.
Working knowledge of additional design software or UI/UX tools is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design fundamentals and layout principles.
Essential Skills and Attributes: Proven experience administering and maintaining Moodle LMS (minimum 2 3 years). Strong technical expertise in Moodle plugin management and version updates. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on system optimization and user experience. Ability to collaborate effectively with content teams and instructional designers. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to maintenance and improvements. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and e-learning standards is advantageous. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP (for minor troubleshooting and customization). Clear communication skills and a professional attitude towards service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field. Moodle administration certification (desirable but not mandatory). Prior experience working in educational institutions, corporate training environments, or EdTech organizations is preferred.
