This entrylevel Finance Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team that sits at the intersection of our respective Lines of Business (LOBs) and Marketplaces. You will work on developing and driving consolidated financial reporting across these areas and support our forecasting and planning processes. This role blends strategy and finance helping identify and solve business challenges with datadriven solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze weekly quarterly and annual financial performance reports across multiple LOBs. Identify trends variances and opportunities for performance improvements.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting and consolidating data from various departments. Support the development and monitoring of financial forecasts and budgettoactual analysis.
- Data Management: Gather clean and organize financial data from multiple sources ensuring data accuracy and integrity to support decisionmaking.
- Financial Modeling: Contribute to the creation of financial models that evaluate different business scenarios providing insights to senior leadership for strategic decisionmaking.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with various teams across operations sales marketing and other departments to collect data share financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- AdHoc Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and deliver financial analysis for adhoc requests from senior management and other teams.
Qualifications :
Basic qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Business Analytics Finance or related field AND minimum 1 years of experience in management consulting finance finance accounting investment banking or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in finance or related fields. Experience working withSaaSbasedbusiness models a plus
- Strong systems skills witha preferencetowardExcel SQL PowerBI Tableau
- Effective communication: Excellent communication skills to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple actionable recommendations; ability to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
- ProblemSolving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to propose datadriven solutions.

The pay range for this role is $78000 to $126000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
