Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Cleveland OH. The ideal candidate will provide professional and efficient support to customers helping to resolve inquiries process requests and ensure overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
Assist with processing orders returns and service requests
Resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
Support the customer service team with administrative tasks
Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met
Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to multitask stay organized and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
