We are seeking a detailoriented and creative Advertising Coordinator to join our Clevelandbased team. The ideal candidate will support the planning execution and analysis of advertising campaigns across various platforms (excluding social media) ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand strategies.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and coordination of advertising campaigns
Communicate with clients and vendors to organize media placements
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaign results
Maintain organized records of advertising materials timelines and budgets
Coordinate production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to align messaging
Provide administrative support related to advertising projects
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or related field
12 years of experience in an advertising marketing or mediarelated role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Understanding of traditional advertising channels such as print radio or TV is a plus
