Job Description
As a Claims Consultant youll play a critical role in our Group Life Claims team guiding customers through life insurance claims with care expertise and efficiency.
- Independently manage a portfolio of life insurance claims from start to finish
- Assess analyse and process claims payments
- Engage with medical and legal specialists rehabilitation consultants and treating doctors to ensure timely outcomes
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience following TALs values and claims policies
- Participate in case conferences and peer case discussions ensuring best practice claims management
Qualifications :
- Diverse backgrounds welcome Allied health psychology finance legal insurance and claims experience
- Customerfocused mindset Strong communication empathy and decisionmaking skills
- Passion for guiding recovery Experience in rehabilitation returntowork programs or crisis management
- Attention to detail Ability to navigate complex processes with precision
