Job Description
Ensures timely completion of monthly and quarterly mortgage servicing audits.
Communicates accurate concise and constructive exception details to Production managers and staff.
Assist with creating and implementing QC policies and procedures to ensure compliance with scopes of work.
Analyzes individual loan files and determines compliance with Federal and State Regulations Agency guidelines and company procedures.
Validates data integrity of loan in servicing systems.
Identifies all red flags within a loan file and ensures they are addressed accordingly.
Responds promptly to staff and management as a subject matter expert for the scope assigned.
Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications :
Education: High School Diploma and
Experience: 3 years of singlefamily mortgage default Foreclosure Property Preservation REO and/or QC mortgage servicing experience
Or
Education: Bachelors degree and;
Experience: 2 years of singlefamily mortgage default Foreclosure Property Preservation REO and/or QC mortgage servicing experience
And
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel Word Outlook etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Time management skills with the ability to selfmanage.
Works well with others in a team environment or independently.
Communicate information and state problems or challenges to be resolved in a clear concise courteous nondiscriminatory and professional manner and be able to provide necessary clarification.
Must be capable of adapting with minimal or no advance notice to changes in how business is conducted and work is accomplished with no diminishment in work performance.
Strong attention to detail.
