Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to support business objectives with a focus on lead generation and industry reach.
    • Identify and target key accounts in the health plan and health system market segments to expand brand awareness and market presence.
    • Collaborate with executive leaders to align marketing strategies with growth and organizational strategies and goals.
    • Define and manage marketing budget and implement and manage marketing efficacy metrics and ROI
  • Brand Management:
    • Strengthen and manage the SpectraMedix brand to ensure consistency and visibility across all channels.
    • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content and campaigns that differentiate SpectraMedix and resonate with target audiences.
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO SEM and other digital channels
    • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Content Development:
    • Create and manage highquality content that showcases our expertise in healthcare analytics and valuebased care.
    • Develop case studies white papers webinars and other thought leadership materials.
    • Focus on educational content such as whitepapers eBooks and blog posts highlighting the benefits of healthcare analytics in valuebased care.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive landscape.
    • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and resources that support joint salesmarketing processes.
    • Provide training and guidance to ensure consistent messaging and effective use of marketing materials.
  • Event Management:
    • Plan and execute industry events trade shows speaking opportunities webinars and online events.
    • Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to maximize event impact.
  • Partnership and Collaboration:
    • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners media and other external stakeholders.
    • Form partnerships with industry associations and other technology providers to expand reach and credibility.
  • Performance Analytics:
    • Continuously monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Customer Success:
    • Highlight successful client achievements and develop content showcasing these achievements.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful accountbased marketing strategies with demonstrable results.
  • Strong understanding of valuebased care and healthcare analytics.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics SEO/SEM CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decisionmaking and optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience managing budgets and leading a team of marketing professionals.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in healthcare analytics valuebased care and population health management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
