Job Description
- Perform assembly tasks such as drilling of components placement of parts.
- Material handling tasks such as slab installations glass installation and various other tasks as assigned including use of various power tools and equipment.
- Ability to use measurement tools for accuracy.
- Conduct quality checks at various stages of assembly.
- Monitor equipment performance and identify any issues that may impact production by notifying supervisors
- Adhere to all safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain records of production activities reporting missing components incorrect parts or inferior product quality.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Various handling of materials use of various power tools such as hand saws power drills caulking guns and some CNC equipment.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :
Required Experience with hand and power tools tape measures
Must be very handy with various types of tools.
- 12 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in exterior construction materials.
- Familiarity with various assembly techniques including glass install power drill Quality inspection and hand eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret various documents diagrams and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively as assigned.
- Flexibility to work the Day Shift with availability of some overtime as required and based on customer demands.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
- Manual dexterity and the ability to remain standing crouching or bending for long periods of time.
