As the Sr. Field Marketing Manager you will be responsible for increasing consideration acquisition and adoption of Amazon Business with senior Federal State and Local Government decision makers. You will partner closely with Sales and crossfunctional Marketing teams to concept and deliver multichannel marketing programs including content campaigns events and sales enablement.

To be successful in this role this individual will work seamlessly with senior stakeholders in Amazon Business and panAmazon teams such as AWS to align and implement strategies. We are looking for an individual with broad experience in digital marketing product marketing and hightouch executive events who excels as delivering campaigns tailored to a persona and industry. This role requires skills in strategic thinking relationship building and problem solving as well as a willingness to be handson with execution. The individual will thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment have impeccable attention to detail and will have a track record of ontime delivery of projects. Key job responsibilities
Deeply know and advocate for the customer:
Who they are their pain points where and how we can reach them and the value proposition that we can uniquely offer to delight them as we meet their needs
Develop the integrated marketing strategy to reach and engage senior Federal State and Local Government decision makers
Own planning and production for field marketing channels including executive engagement events webinars trade shows/conferences sponsorships and email
Manage relationships with internal marketing sales sales enablement and product stakeholders as well as external media agencies and partners
Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes

A day in the life
The Sr Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams.

They will dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities and work handinhand with digital content and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities.

They will act as the single point of contact for all of Marketing driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to Sales and reporting back campaign impact as it relates to the Federal and State & Local Government business.

6 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional marketing programs
Experience communicating results to senior leadership
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events webinars email lead nurture programs and CRM/sales insights
Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
