Overview:
** MSN Required **
Clinic hours: Part time 16 hours per week. Monday Friday 7am 7pm clinic hours. Some weekend and holiday oncall time possible will be discussed during manager interview.
Must have proficient IV placement skills for patients of all ages. Must be proficient in intravenous medication administration to patients of all ages. Must be proficient in administration of blood and blood products. Must be able to follow a variety of Endocrine provocative stimulation protocols. Should be comfortable with blood collection from a peripherally placed IV.
Pay starts at $41.62/hr

Job Description:
- Manages new hire orientations orientation/onboarding process preceptor development and unit/areabased skills education for float staff nurse residency nursing students that may be placed on assigned team.
- Collaborates with leadership Professional Development or other stakeholders on education competency and staff development needs of clinical staff.
- Educates/presents in formal classroom style events or informal group or individual sessions and facilitates educational sessions for clinical education skills day training justintime training needs or other identified learning opportunities.
- Participates serves as consultant or facilitates on committees or projects as identified by leadership.
- Serves as communication partner with leadership team to disseminate information to the clinical team using adult learning principles. This may include managing processes such as communication in a monthly newsletter.

Education Requirement:
MSN or related field required.
Licensure Requirement:
RN State of Ohio.
Certifications:
Preferred Certification in Professional Development/Education Leadership or Clinical Specialty.
