We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Bath United Kingdom. As a Care Professional you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing essential nonmedical support services enabling them to maintain their independence in the comfort of their own homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care mobility and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients engaging them in conversation and activities
- Monitor clients wellbeing and report any changes in their condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients including light housekeeping duties
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities as required
- Administer medication as per prescribed schedules and guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any significant events or observations
- Collaborate with other care team members to ensure consistent highquality care
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adapt to changing client needs and preferences ensuring a personcentred approach to care
Qualifications :
- No formal qualifications required; full training will be provided to achieve the care certificate
- Previous experience in a care setting or interacting with older people is beneficial but not essential
- Genuine passion for supporting others and commitment to delivering outstanding care
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships
- Reliable trustworthy and respectful demeanour
- Empathetic nature with the ability to provide emotional support
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and personal care tasks
- Patience and understanding when working with clients who may have complex needs
