Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $42800 $46780 per year
Are you an organized and motivated individual looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic environment We are seeking an Entry Level Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role you will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of daytoday operations while providing comprehensive administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing schedules and maintaining calendars for senior staff.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming phone calls.
- Handle travel arrangements including booking flights accommodation and transportation.
- Perform general office duties such as filing copying and data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and events as required..
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or equivalent experience in administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
