Job Description
Scopely is looking for a Senior Producer to join the Slate Portfolio team and contribute to an ambitious new AAA crossplatform game based in Culver City on a hybrid basis or remotely in the US.

What will you do
The Senior Producer will play a key role in driving our efforts across publishing and the development team to support our ambitious new AAA game. As a Sr. Producer you will collaborate with internal and external teams to manage the strategy execution and overall readiness of our production capabilities across all gaming platforms (PC Console and Mobile). Youll also help support live operations planning and coordination ensuring the game continues to thrive postlaunch. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of this game.
You will report to the Executive Producer and work closely with all business stakeholders to ensure that our internal processes and capabilities are optimised to guide our game through the various stages of development.
- Define monitor and report on important achievements in the publishing process ensuring that all materials content approvals and deliverables are completed on schedule and meet the necessary standards.
- Partner with internal and external teams to help plan coordinate and execute live operations across PC console and mobileensuring updates events and promotions are delivered smoothly and aligned with platformspecific expectations.
- Be ready to dive into the details and assist with handson tasks whenever necessary whether its troubleshooting issues creating documentation or directly supporting the team to keep the project moving forward.
- Work with various crossfunctional teams like QA marketing PR legal and Customer Support to ensure seamless coordination and that all publishing activities align with the games launch strategy and ongoing support.
- Act as a communication channel for specific topics between the publishing and development team ensuring that all parties are informed aligned and working towards the same goals.
- Lead and coordinate with external developers to ensure timely progress on specific areas of focus (e.g. ratings submissions legal compliance etc.) and alignment across all relevant areas.
What will you need:
- At least 5 years of production experience in the video game industry including a minimum of 3 years specifically with a video game publisher.
- Proven track record in managing and coordinating production efforts across various platforms including PC console and mobile ensuring consistent quality and alignment with platformspecific requirements.
- Demonstrated experience managing the process of shipping a game including handling ratings firstparty submissions legal and live operations.
- Proven track record of delivering results coupled with a strong passion for effectively using and collaborating with various applications (e.g. Google Suite Jira etc.) to drive project success adapting as necessary to meet job demands..
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive schedules monitor task progress and deliverables and achieve timely completion of project objectives. Proven experience in organizing activities and providing oversight to ensure project adherence and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with executives in a fastpaced agile environment. The ideal candidate will approach the job with a great sense of urgency enjoy taking the initiative thrive at juggling multiple priorities and seamlessly shift gears as needed.
- Analytical observant and strategic applying the right balance between data and qualitative information to decisionmaking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In addition to base pay employees may be eligible for equity bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits retirement benefits pet insurance paid holidays paid Scopely free days and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience.
