Reporting to the IKEA for Business Sales Manager this Team Leaders responsibilities are developing establishing and verifying leads through active outreaching initiatives to provide a base for the regional sales management activities. He/she will also maximise sales in IKEA for business and to be a source of knowledge and expertise of the range local market etc. He/she will support the efficient work of the IKEA mechanical sales system to ensure continued execution and success of the IKEA Concept.
Your assignment
- Enable IKEA to build a stellar reputation for professional and prompt customer service through the creation of a rewarding endtoend journey in different customer touchpoints
- You are the expert in your area and translate this knowledge and competence into business opportunities
- Manage and maintain all incoming leads via the designated IKEA for Business website email and/or contact number
- Proactively identify and contact potential clients and identify new business leads for IKEA Philippines develop and followthrough IKEA for business quotations and orders
- Analyse market trends sales records and customer needs to provide reliable and timely data to support the country sales team and process IKEA for Business store orders invoicing
- With the support of customer relations lead and follow through any after sales related topic to IKEA for Business customers
- Understand the relationship between sales and stock forecast for my department and work towards achieving goals through continuous evaluation and followup
Qualifications :
Your profile
- You have experience in professional communication with corporate clients
- You have at least 35 years of experience in sales to professional customers with proven track record preferable within interior furnishings or related industries
- You are passionate in home furnishing and actively learn about their features and benefits and I proactively share this knowledge with the customers and colleagues
- You have a broad understanding of how to optimise the customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints
- You are enthusiastic with strong desire to be part of a positive and challenging environment
- You have a strong stakeholder management ability strong analytical and database structuring & management skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel & Powerpoint
- You enjoy working with others to create a positive and differentwithameaning solutions in a fastpaced and futureoriented environment that is focused on peoples everyday life at home
