You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailYou will report to the Senior Director Total Compensation and work closely with the payroll department the talent acquisition team and business partners. As the Manager Benefits you will be responsible for overseeing employee benefits for our various employee groups. In this role you will lead a team of 6 people which includes the benefits administration team within the employee service center as well as the Disability Management Advisor.

You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in benefits management and at least 3 years of team management experience along with a bachelors degree in Human Resources Administration Actuarial Science or another relevant field. You are also recognized for:
