The Senior Analyst Employment Law is responsible for providing expert advice to People Services business managers and the HR community on employment relations matters including the interpretation and application of industrial instruments enterprise agreements modern awards HR policies and employment contracts. The role involves managing escalated queries conducting coverage and classification analysis and ensuring compliance with legislation.
