Job Description

As Requirements Manager you are part of our CC Digital Engineering and are responsible for the development of efficient processes for the planning of support/work/facade scaffolding. This will involve both existing and new software applications.

Do you enjoy understanding customer requirements describing them in use cases and being part of the team in which the software requirements are implemented
Do you see yourself as a technical allrounder who acts as an interface between user problems proposed solutions and technical implementation
Are teamwork a handson mentality and communication at eye level your thing
Do you enjoy familiarising yourself with new tasks and learning and growing with them

Then we can offer you a daytoday job with the following main tasks:

  • Understanding analysing and documenting scaffolding requirements
  • Jointly defining the scope for planning based on the previous analysis
  • Transforming these business requirements into technical requirements and comparing them with the standard software
  • Creating use cases as well as functional and software requirements if the standard software is not suitable for this
  • Introduction of scaffolding software in the organisation combined with training
  • Organisation of acceptance tests and responsibility for concept and test maturity
  • Identification of costs effort and necessary implementation steps
  • Conceptual activities in the area of process modelling and visualisation and documentation
  • Coordination with other departments/organisations and Doka branches in different countries
  • Active participation in the specification and prioritisation of the backlog for new features

Qualifications :

  • Relevant professional experience and knowledge in scaffolding
  • Quick comprehension as well as analytical and solutionoriented thinking
  • Initiative and independent work
  • Knowledge of visualisation and documentation of software requirements
  • A sense for the essential needs of stakeholders paired with organisational skills and perseverance in complex situations
  • Project management knowledge and initial experience with agile and hybrid working methods desirable
  • Very good command of English German language skills desired
  • Open and flexible team player with a high solution orientation

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is  EUR 46.29044 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
