Now were looking for a strategic legal leader to help guide our next stage of growth.
The Opportunity
Printfly Corporation is seeking an experienced General Counsel to serve as our top legal advisor and a key member of our executive leadership team. Youll be responsible for overseeing all legal matters across the businessfrom contracts and compliance to IP and privacywhile supporting highimpact strategic initiatives in eCommerce manufacturing marketing and technology.
This is a unique opportunity to bring structure insight and strategic thinking to a dynamic highgrowth organization redefining custom apparel.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the CEO and executive team on all legal and regulatory matters.
- Oversee and manage corporate governance commercial contracts employment law compliance and litigation.
- Lead legal support for eCommerce operations including customer agreements marketing compliance IP protection and data privacy (e.g. CCPA GDPR).
- Draft review and negotiate a broad range of contracts with vendors partners and enterprise clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and international regulations affecting manufacturing retail and online sales.
- Manage outside counsel and evaluate legal risk across business lines.
- Build and lead a lean highimpact inhouse legal function as the business scales.
What Were Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing to practice law in the U.S.
- 10 years of legal experience including 3 years inhouse (ideally in eCommerce manufacturing or technologydriven companies).
- Deep understanding of intellectual property commercial contracts employment law and digital compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to align legal strategy with business goals and operate as a collaborative solutionsoriented partner.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working crossfunctionally with fastmoving teams.
