Job Description
The RealTime Payments Strategy Consultant will support the development and execution of clients realtime payment products strategic roadmap. This individual will support the client team in identifying market opportunities defining product roadmap and enabling the successful execution of the realtime payment products. The consultant will collaborate with crossfunctional teams including technology operations compliance and marketing to define innovative realtime payment solutions that meet the business goals.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the development planning and execution of a comprehensive strategy for realtime payment products aligned with the clients vision and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats in the realtime payments landscape.
- Support the development and maintenance of the product roadmap ensuring it reflects business goals market demands and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and incorporate feedback into the product strategy and roadmap development process.
- Act as a liaison between business units technology teams and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Prepare presentations on product strategies roadmap updates and performance metrics for alignment with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments impacting realtime payments as well as new technologies and industry best practices to support the definition of RTP product roadmap
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in payments strategy or payments product management. Consulting experience highly preferred
- Strong understanding of the realtime payments ecosystem including technologies regulatory environment and market trends.
- Excellent strategic thinking analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate crossfunctional teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
