Are you an experienced T&E professional with a passion for excellence and a knack for customer service Were looking for a T&E Analyst GBS Procure to Pay to join our dedicated team. In this role youll be the first point of contact for resolving inquiries and managing escalations related to Travel & Expenses. Your goal will be to maintain high standards and ensure a superior customer service experience. By conducting thorough audits and providing expert guidance youll play a vital part in maintaining compliance and efficiency within the Procure to Pay (P2P) process. As a key member of our team youll assist in bolstering our internal control environment and support the overall financial operations of our organization.

Who You Are:
You are a detailoriented individual with a bachelors degree in finance or a related field and possess 2 to 4 years of experience in an accounting or payables processing function. Your background includes corporate experience in T&E or Finance and you thrive in an international environment. You have a talent for communicating effectively in English with proficiency in additional languages being a significant plus. With a customercentric mindset you excel in providing topnotch support and guidance ensuring that every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
This role is in hybrid work model. Please note that this role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
