Job Description
- Responsibility for cost center controlling with a focus on the Logistics R&D and Quality departments
- Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts as well as monitoring their execution and analyzing deviations
- Sales controlling for the entire plant including the monitoring and coordination of transfer price adjustments
- Monitoring of Net Working Capital (NWC) and cash flow performance
- Regular reporting of key KPIs to both the central controlling unit and internal stakeholders at the plant level
- Calculation of the financial benefits of ratio projects within your scope of responsibility and tracking their implementation in actual results.
Qualifications :
- A completed Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Business Informatics or a similar field; specialization in Controlling is a strong advantage
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a Controlling department preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as practical experience with IBM Planning Analytics and SAP CO module; familiarity with S/4HANA is a plus
- Fluent English skills both written and spoken
- Comfortable working in a crosscultural environment and within an international matrixstructured organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to coordinate complex tasks efficiently
- A proactive and structured working style with the ability to work independently
- Clear assertive and stakeholderoriented communication skills
- Eagerness to learn develop and grow within a collaborative team setting
- Openness to working in a virtual international team setup.
