Job Description
- Oversees daily operations of the restaurant bar and event spaces.
- Manages and trains frontofhouse staff to ensure exceptional service.
- Coordinates inventory ordering and ensures stock levels are maintained.
- Ensures compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handles guest feedback resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a F&B Supervisor or Leader is a must
- Experience in hotels is preferred but not required
- A related degree or certifications are preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
