As a Product Compliance Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing our live casino and RNG products and their gambling features against the various technical requirements within the LATAM market. You will ensure we develop and provide products that are compliant with all relevant technical regulations to our customers by providing analytical and technical support to various stakeholders for internal and external technical compliance queries. With your solid understanding of technical product compliance you will be the main point of contact to coordinate between the relevant regulatory authorities certification and test laboratories the different internal compliance teams and other departments such as Commercial and Integrations/gameroll out teams in Evolution

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate process and monitor live casino and RNG products and gambling features compliance with all relevant technical regulations in the LATAM market
• Communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with regulatory authorities certification and test laboratories for approvals handling issues notifying of key events and to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements for its jurisdictions
• Own all control systems and work closely and collaboratively with other key stakeholders internally and externally to always ensure technical compliance of products identify risks or issues and evaluate and improve them continuously
• Continuously identify document and increase efficiencies of business processes to align with technical compliance requirements
• Investigate and analyse technical features and product compliance standards in new regulated markets and assist with developing solutions for these markets
• Develop project plans reports and schedules to higher management relevant internal and external stakeholders and teams to manage expectations and to ensure work is delivered within scope on time and within budget
• Maintain knowledge and assist in keeping an up to date and accurate library/database of technical product compliance processes and procedures
• Provide training as needed
• Any ad hoc responsibility required to sustain the business needs

Qualifications :

• 23 years in a technical compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of land based/physical or live online casino environments RNG and gambling products
• Experience with a variety of iGaming regulations including EU Africa North America and LATAM
• Excellence in applying expertise experience and technology along with strong researching and learning skills
• Possess analytical skills attention to detail and problem solving mindset
• Experience in communicating with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
• Experience in project management; develop project plans track progress prepare reports and manage expectations
• Commercial mindset and business acumen
• Adaptable and agile can work in a fastpaced environment and respond and reprioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
• Relevant university degree ideally in Information Systems or Computer Sciences
• Fluency in English verbal and written additional languages such as Spanish will be considered an asset
• Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets.
