As a Corrections Food Service Instructor you will function as a lead worker and provide instruction to inmates through onthejob vocational training. You will instruct inmates in food preparation production service and baking. In this role you will ensure proper control over inmates by enforcing custody and security regulations and inspecting all food service areas equipment and food for conformance with established safety and sanitation standards. In addition you will ensure that meals are prepared and served in a timely manner. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
