Job Description
United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is seeking a detailoriented Inventory Specialist with a strong technical background to join our IT Infrastructure Team. In this role you will be utilizing your technical knowledge managing our Hardware and Software Asset Management processes.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
A successful inventory specialist is trustworthy and has outstanding recordkeeping and analytical abilities. In addition the chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and problemsolving skills and the ability to interpret and analyze large amounts of data.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- The ability to prioritize task
- Receiving and asset tagging of all IT equipment
- Arranging the movement of equipment to and from the local and remote warehousing
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain cleanliness and organization in storage areas
- Handle broken or defective equipment taking appropriate actions for repair or disposal
- Track software licenses and reconcile deployments utilizing ServiceNow
- Maintain wellorganized stockrooms
- Monitor and maintain stock levels
- Create and manage new software entitlements and software models as required
- Receive reconcile and reclaim software assets
- Resolve discrepancies and anomalies to uphold inventory accuracy
- Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting walking and standing in alignment with job responsibilities.
- Availability for potential weekend work based on team requirements
- Technical experience and knowledge of ServiceNow are preferred

- Must be capable of performing duties that require physical stamina and strength to meet the demands of the role.
- Onsite fulltime attendance
