Job Description
Description of the role:
Taylor Grubaugh Chevrolet Waynesville is seeking a dedicated Collision Center Manager to oversee our collision repair operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of professionals in providing highquality automotive repairs while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday operations of the collision repair center
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians estimators and administrative staff
- Ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on the repair process
Requirements:
- Prior experience in collision repair management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
