- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementations.
- Provide supervision and support to children across various age groups.
- Ensure a safe clean and engaging learning environment for all children.
- Adapt to different classrooms as needed offering flexibility and support wherever required.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding childrens progress and needs.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication skills to interact with children parents and staff effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups.
- Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred but not required.
