Key Responsibilities:
Lead a BI team to develop deploy and maintain BI solutions that support Finance and HR functions.
Ensure collaboration across geographies and cultures fostering effective team dynamics.
Translate business requirements into impactful reports and dashboards.
Qualifications:
Power BI Proficiency: 5 years of handson experience. Certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is preferred. Advanced skills in data visualization DAX Power Query and integrating diverse data sources (e.g. SQL Azure).
Finance Expertise: 35 years working in or leading Finance functions with a thorough understanding of Finance metrics data models and typical business requirements. Proven ability to deliver actionable insights and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership Skills: 3 years leading functional teams in BI or Finance. Ability to mentor team members manage priorities and guide decisionmaking with strategic context.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of data modeling (e.g. star schemas) SQL dashboard design and ETL processes. Knowledge of relational databases and familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
Additional Expertise (Desirable): Experience with Microsoft Fabric other BI tools (e.g. Tableau Looker Studio) or data science tools (e.g. Python R).
