Position Summary: We are looking for an Engineering Manager EM to join the Data and Ecosystems division in Bangalore. The division is primarily responsible for developing enhancing and maintaining the core foundational components that are required by other application teams within athenahealth to successfully build their products. As a key member of the Data Services zone you will help build services and systems to drive new and existing workflows.
As an Engineering Manager you are responsible for leading one or more scrum teams. You partner with Product Management to drive the success and evolution of our product roadmap.
You are passionate about building inclusive and outcomefocused engineering teams. You are committed to supporting and developing your engineers to deliver successful team outcomes. You love digging into complex technical problems and finding ways to iteratively deliver improvements. The Team:The team is part of the Data Services zone and is critical to building out athenas Value Based Care (VBC) Ecosystem. The team is responsible for building a highly scalable data ingestion platform and persistent layer for healthcare data that will expand athenas VBC workflows.
