Were seeking a dynamic and adaptable Training Associate to support the successful delivery of training for VetPartners national clinical systems transformation. This 12month fixedterm role will play a vital part in ensuring our clinic teams and support staff are confident and prepared for system changes.
The Training Associate will be responsible for maintaining and improving a digital catalogue of elearning modules and training resources managing Q&A sessions for clinics approaching their golive date and delivering structured training to Clinic Support Specialists (CSSs) who provide ontheground support during implementation.
To succeed in this role youll need to quickly develop deep knowledge of the new clinical system translate complex information into easytounderstand training content and communicate clearly with a range of clinical and nonclinical stakeholders. Youll be handson userfocused and comfortable delivering both digital and facetoface learning in a fastpaced evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the digital training catalogue
- Continuously review and improve the existing suite of elearning modules and supporting artefacts for clinic teams.
- Collaborate with project and change managers to ensure content is aligned with evolving system updates and clinic needs.
- Ensure the training materials are accurate userfriendly and effectively support different learning styles.
- Manage and facilitate Q&A sessions for clinics preparing to go live
- Host regular virtual sessions for clinic staff to address common concerns and questions leading up to golive.
- Demonstrate strong system knowledge and clear communication to help endusers feel confident and supported.
- Gather and escalate recurring questions or concerns to improve future training and rollout strategies.
- Deliver training for Clinic Support Specialists (CSSs)
- Lead inperson and virtual training programs for CSSs who will support clinics during their golive period.
- Tailor sessions to suit varying levels of technical knowledge ensuring CSSs are equipped to provide handson support.
- Monitor learning outcomes and provide followup resources as needed to reinforce key messages.
Skills Attributes and Experience:
- Proven experience in a training learning & development or change support role.
- Ability to quickly absorb and translate technical information into simple engaging training.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills both in person and online.
- Comfortable working with digital learning tools and updating training assets on the go.
- Highly organised flexible and able to adapt to changing project needs.
- Experience in clinical veterinary healthcare or systems implementation environments is highly regarded.
