SUMMARY
The Senior Marketing Representative serves in a lead capacity in the implementation of the marketing campaigns outreach and promotional activities of CATS. Under the direction of the CATS Marketing Manager the Senior Marketing Representative is responsible for creating and coordinating marketing campaigns promotions special events and public information programs; representing CATS at external events and activities; conducting presentations to internal and external audiences; gathering analyzing and reporting data; and providing direct or indirect supervision to other team members on projects. Other duties include collaborating with departments related to marketing and promotional activities to enhance CATs presence in the community.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops creates coordinates and implements integrated marketing and promotional campaigns by identifying goals and objectives coordinating electronic and print materials discussing options with departments sharing promotional materials and analyzing results.
PerformsstaffsupportworkresponsibleforpromotingCATSridershipandcommunicatingwithCATScustomers.
Assistsindevelopingpreparingandexecutingadvertisingcampaignsusingavarietyofmediaincludingprintradiotelevisionanddirectmailincludingcreativedevelopmentmediaplanningandplacementadproductionanduseofpreandpostevaluationstocontinuallyrefinedepartmentadvertisingefforts.
Participatesindevelopingandcoordinatingcampaignstocommunicatemessagesrelatedtocourtesysystem improvement projectsfare collection and enforcementnewservicesservicequalityjobrecruitmentandotherareas.
Participatesinmanagementofbrochurespublicationsandothercollateral;ensuresthatbrochureshaveaconsistentlook; assistsinsupervisionofgraphicsdevelopmentandbrochureproduction;developsprintingspecificationsforbrochures;obtainsbidsforbrochureproductionandcoordinatesprintingcontracts.
ProducesandmaintainstheDistrictsgraphicmanualandstyleguideforallinhouseandpassengercommunications.
DevelopsandupdatesCATSmapandscheduledisplaycasesignage;coordinatesdevelopmentandproductionoftheseitems.
Respondstomarketinginquiriesfrombusinessgovernmentandthegeneralpublic;developsandimplementsjointmarketingcampaignsandproposals;coordinatesjointmarketingcampaignswithexistingCATS campaigns.
Organizes special events and outreach activities by reviewing goals preparing plans identifying coordinating departments and activities coordinating logistics and making recommendations.
DevelopsjointcampaignsandcosponsorshipswithdestinationlocationsandrecreationalvenuestomaintainandincreaseCATSridershipinoffpeakhours;maintainsrecordsoftradevaluesgrantedandreceived;managesrelationshipmarketingprograms.
ProducesandmaintainstheCATSsgraphicmanualandstyleguideforallinhouseandpassengercommunications.
Participatesinthepreparationandadministrationofthemarketingprogrambudget;submitsbudgetrecommendations;monitorsexpenditures.
Preparesanalyticalandstatisticalreportsonoperationsandactivities.
Conferswithandprovidesprofessionalassistancetomembersofdistrictdepartmentsonmarketingmatters.
RepresentstheCATSinmeetingswithrepresentativesofgovernmentalagenciesprofessionalbusinessandcommunityorganizationsandthepublic.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in marketing Advertising or related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in Marketing with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
