Your Mission:
To meet the quota or assigned targets and giving the best experience to customers while nurturing them to be enterprise class base for UiPath
This is what youll do at UiPath:
Acquire new logos 80%
Mine existing relationships 20%
Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a longterm relationship Large Accounts
Understand entire UiPath endtoend automation platform.
Prepare comprehensive sales plans to further grow UiPaths key relationships
Understand customers business to be able to explore automation opportunities
Understand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the market
Interface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve quarterly and yearly quotas
This is what youll bring to our team:
710 years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solution sales industry
Previous experience of selling to enterprise/ MidMarket customers in West India region
Comfortable with land and expand strategy.
Prior experience in selling USD 3050K to new customers.
Knowledge and experience in growing strategic accounts from 30K to 100K to 200K by upselling and cross selling.
Experience in account planning territory planning multi product selling strategy etc
Excellent communication negotiation and presentations skills
Good collaborative interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in Application selling background like Automation Platform/ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fastmoving team
Energetic and highly motivated personality.
