Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Hourly Rate: Up to 29000
40 hours per week
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for early childhood development and hold a Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years. This warm nursery rated Good by Ofsted provides exceptional childcare and education to children from birth to 5 years old. Set in an intimate environment it features separate spaces for different age groups and a captivating indoor play area.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Level 3 or above in Early Years
- Demonstrable previous experience working in a nursery setting
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

As a Nursery Practitioner you will be responsible for:
- Creating a safe inclusive and exceptionally stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
- Thoughtfully planning and executing ageappropriate activities that align with the EYFS framework
- Establishing strong positive relationships with children parents and colleagues
- Methodically monitoring and documenting childrens progress and development
- Ensuring that the nursery environment maintains impeccable standards of cleanliness safety and organization
