Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
Hours Per Week
Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a thriving welcoming nursery thats as beautiful as it is enriching. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll play a key part in supporting childrens learning and development during their most formative years. Youll help create a safe stimulating and fun environment that nurtures every childs potential while working as part of a friendly and collaborative team.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) essential
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Strong communication skills and a teamplayer mindset
- Understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to inclusive practice
- A proactive caring and positive approach to early years education

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
- Build warm and trusting relationships with children and their families
- Plan observe and assess learning activities that support each childs individual development
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain a nurturing and inclusive environment
- Ensure childrens safety and wellbeing is prioritised at all times
- Reflect on practice and contribute to ongoing improvements across the setting
