Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hours Per Week

Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a thriving welcoming nursery thats as beautiful as it is enriching. With lightfilled spacious rooms and a stunning garden (complete with a vegetable patch!) this setting provides the perfect backdrop for imaginative play outdoor learning and holistic development.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner youll play a key part in supporting childrens learning and development during their most formative years. Youll help create a safe stimulating and fun environment that nurtures every childs potential while working as part of a friendly and collaborative team.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) essential
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Strong communication skills and a teamplayer mindset
  • Understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to inclusive practice
  • A proactive caring and positive approach to early years education

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver highquality early years education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Build warm and trusting relationships with children and their families
  • Plan observe and assess learning activities that support each childs individual development
  • Work closely with colleagues to maintain a nurturing and inclusive environment
  • Ensure childrens safety and wellbeing is prioritised at all times
  • Reflect on practice and contribute to ongoing improvements across the setting
