Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Evaluation of blood counts (differential morphologies thrombopathies anemias bloodparasites) via Cellavision as firstline diagnostics.
If necessary forwarding of highly pathological blood counts to the second line.
Review and processing of followup requests or outstanding results. This involves direct communication with the relevant laboratories in Europe.
Participation in regular internal and external round robin tests.
Review of quality control and complaint management.
Physical condition for standing and sitting work even for several hours at a time
Willingness to participate in Saturday shifts and shift work during the day (no Sunday or night shifts) possibly on public holidays.

Stable and powerful internet connection
Education and Experience
Completed vocational training as VMTA / MTLA/ MTL/ MTV/Bachelor of Science (m/f/d) or comparable medical training.
2 years of experience in evaluating (abnormal) differential blood counts. Preferably already with blood counts from the veterinary field.
Basic technical understanding IT knowledge of common programs
Good knowledge of German and English.
