As a Project Manager youll lead the successful execution of creative marketing and product development initiatives in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment. This hybrid role combines strong project management with technical fluency and resource planning to drive clarity alignment and delivery across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend execution of creative digital marketing and product development projects.
- Drive progress by tracking tasks dependencies risks and requirements using tools like Asana and JIRA.
- Maintain clear uptodate project documentation and proactively seek out needed information.
- Serve as the main point of coordination across account design development and production teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope requirements timelines and resource estimates.
- Lead sprint planning capacity planning and weekly status meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across technical and nontechnical audiences to ensure project alignment.
Qualifications:
- 47 years of project management experience in digital marketing creative production or product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital workflows.
- Proficient with PM tools like Asana JIRA and .
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in resource management and stakeholder reporting.
- Comfortable in fastpaced agency environments; clientfacing experience required.
- Experience with Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands is a plus.

- Timely accurate project delivery with clear documentation and team alignment.
- Effective communication of shifting priorities and risks.
- High team efficiency and trust in project oversight.
- Viewed as the goto resource for answers and guidance.
