The Client & The Role
Join this boutique firm on the city fringe of Melbourne with approximately 40 staff. They have an incredible working environment where their staff and their wellbeing is at the core of the business.
Join them in their Bookkeeping team and work with a client portfolio of Real Estate agencies on a daily basis. You will have client contact and you will oversee a team of bookkeepers and administrators.
Further Duties
- Liaising with a portfolio of real estate clients and performing bookkeeping duties
- Preparation of Sales trust files
- Processing of Sales Trust and Reconciliation
- Preparation and processing of Payroll (Commission Based Real Estate Payroll)
- Maintaining depreciation schedules
- Other general ledger reconciliations and adjustments
- Preparing monthly/quarterly IAS and BAS
The Applicant
- 15 years experience in a Bookkeeping function
- Certification or qualifications in bookkeeping BAS or relevant fields are highly regarded
- Experience working in the real estate/property industry or with a portfolio of clients in real estate
- Knowledge of Xero and MYOB
- Strong communication skills and team working abilities
