The Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) is looking for two dedicated Senior Advisor Learning and Development to join our Corporate Services team and play a key role in designing engaging and effective learning solutions for users of the NSW Planning Portal. In this role you will provide strategic and expert advice delivering tailored learning solutions that align with Departmental and NSW Planning Portal program objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing engaging learning content including selfpaced elearning programs virtual and facetoface training sessions or workshops instructional videos and written learning and support materials. If you are ready to enhance stakeholder capabilities and contribute to the continuous improvement of our learning and delivery program we want to hear from you!

What you will bring to the role:
- Proven ability to manage projects within agreed timelines.
- Strong skills in designing and developing elearning programs and written materials.
- Experience in maintaining current and relevant learning materials.
- Ability to provide highlevel strategic advice and guidance on elearning program formulation.
- Expertise in developing and facilitating highquality learning solutions for a range of stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Essential requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in communications learning and development adult education engagement or equivalent; or extensive demonstrated experience in a learning and development role.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
