About the Role:
As Manager Learning Design you will lead a highperforming team driving scalable and innovative practices aligned with Victoria Universitys Block Model and digital learning strategy. Reporting to the Director Digital Learning youll shape learning design frameworks operational models and project delivery across higher education and TAFE.
Your role involves streamlining project intake resource allocation and delivery for highquality learning design. Youll foster innovation while ensuring accessibility quality and best practices. Additionally youll collaborate with academic leaders and contribute to VUs digital learning transformation. Youll also track key metrics report outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
This is afulltime continuing position (36.75 hours per week) at HEP 9 Salary Range $128446 $133636 per annum 17% employer superannuation.
