About the Role:
As Manager Learning Design you will lead a highperforming team driving scalable and innovative practices aligned with Victoria Universitys Block Model and digital learning strategy. Reporting to the Director Digital Learning youll shape learning design frameworks operational models and project delivery across higher education and TAFE.
Your role involves streamlining project intake resource allocation and delivery for highquality learning design. Youll foster innovation while ensuring accessibility quality and best practices. Additionally youll collaborate with academic leaders and contribute to VUs digital learning transformation. Youll also track key metrics report outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
This is afulltime continuing position (36.75 hours per week) at HEP 9 Salary Range $128446 $133636 per annum 17% employer superannuation.

About You:
- Are forwardthinking learning design leader with a passion for digitally enabled education and managing complex projects and resources and ensuring quality assurance
- With postgraduate qualifications in education or a related field you excel in contemporary learning design educational technologies and digital transformation.
- Ability to foster highperforming collaborative teams and you have a proven ability to build effective partnerships with academic staff and stakeholders.
- Hold exceptional communication and interpersonal skills which enable you to navigate competing priorities influence decisions and drive innovation.
- Are committed to continuous improvement and creating engaging studentcentred learning experiences that shape the future of education.
