- Join a supportive team leading migration planning for UNITE with a focus on coordinating the Retail Banking plan and guiding the Channels and Banker Transition workstream.
- Full Time permanent role Hybrid working model (2 days in office)
- Location: Preferred location: Sydney but open to other major office locations
Whats the role
Join a dynamic and innovative team as a Design Lead within Virtual Optimisation in Virtual Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a pivotal UNITE workstream from planning through to successful delivery drive strategic initiatives and craft impactful materials for senior stakeholders. While your focus will be on the UNITE Retail Banking stream youll also have the chance to contribute to a variety of other highprofile Virtual Optimisation projects.
What do I need
- Experience in change management communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Subject matter expert in Virtual and Retail Banking environments including banker tools and processes
- Contact centre industry experience (desirable).
- Financial services industry experience highly (desirable).
- Knowledge of delivery requirements elicitation and ways of working.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional written language skills
