This role is a 12 month contract role.
Whats the role
Youll be the data storyteller behind our learning programsdigging into dashboards spotting trends and turning numbers into insights that shape real business decisions. This fulltime Sydneybased role is all about making data meaningful. Youll work closely with stakeholders to measure the impact of learning build slick dashboards and prepare insights that land with execs. If you love solving puzzles visualising data and making a real differencethis ones for you.
What do I need
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights
- Confidence working with data tools like Excel PowerApps and VBA coding
- Great communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A curious mindset and passion for continuous improvement
