Golin Dallas is looking for a Senior Manager Influencer to join our Digital team.

Riding the wave of recognition and awardwinning work the Senior Manager Influencer has an incredible opportunity to work with a rock star team of digital catalysts creators and analysts on the Bridge to identify realtime opportunities monitor issues and trends that helps promote and protect the brand in Dallas and keep Golin on top.

Your role will include identifying influencers who are relevant to the brand and managing influencer relationships in a mutually beneficial way to maximize your clients investment. Youll integrate across digital platforms organic and paid channels to drive results.
What Youll Do:
- Work in close collaboration with account leads and digital team members to deliver bestinclass social media and influencer strategy and work
- Drive and oversee campaign development and execution including paid media community management analytics strategy creative and influencer marketing
- Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships
- Identify solutions and work with teams and independently to drive client success and grow relationships
- Serve as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital / social programs
- Cultivate a culture of support growth and partnership among team
- Experience leading and project managing paid social influencer and social campaigns across social channels such as Instagram Facebook Twitter YouTube Pinterest and TikTok
- Experience executing brandlevel influencer marketing strategies and ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency
- Serve as an ambassador of Golins capabilities as it relates to organic and new business opportunities
- Take a leadership and highly visible role in business growth and targeting efforts
- Serve as culture builder and mentor driving innovation and ideas while sparking team members careers
- Manage financials including budgets and billing projections and staffing
- Manage several team members and play a key role in the Digital leadership team supporting team growth morale and thought leadership efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or related field and 5 7 years of experience driving and executing digital / social media / influencer marketing campaigns
- Passion for client service and an ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities
- Experience managing and leading an account team and working with large fully integrated teams
- Excellent verbal written presentation and problemsolving skills
- Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and daytoday communications initiatives
- Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a clients business to become a true partner
- Confidence when presenting no matter the size of the group or situation
- A solutionsoriented mindset
- A selfstarter mentality you dont wait for someone to tell you what to do next
Please note: This a hybrid role located in Dallas will have an opportunity to collaborate inperson two to three days a week at our Dallas office while maintaining flexibility for remote work.
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon among other factors: a candidates skills qualifications and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
Salary range: $70000 $130000
