This role involves supervising intake representatives optimizing lead conversion and ensuring a streamlined and patientfocused intake process. Responsibilities Include:
Supervise and coach Intake Representatives to foster a collaborative highperforming team environment.
Oversee and respond to inbound leads via phone email and web ensuring timely followup and conversion.
Assess patient needs and eligibility in coordination with intake and clinical teams.
Manage and track the intake pipeline prioritizing followups to optimize conversion rates.
Train staff on empathetic effective sales and communication techniques; monitor performance and provide feedback.
Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of all patient interactions and lead details.
Collaborate with clinical marketing and management teams to align messaging and streamline workflows.
Implement quality assurance protocols and continuous process improvements.
Provide regular reporting and performance updates to senior leadership.
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in intake management healthcare sales or a related supervisory role.
Strong leadership teambuilding and coaching abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using CRM systems intake software and tracking key performance metrics.
A customerfirst mindset with a focus on empathy and effective service delivery.
